Message that my "main" reason was that the PCV hard tube that presses into the p/s intake valve cover was not pressed in hard enough (previous owner replaced them with chrome ones and must not have pressed them in well enough)...I was going to replace a few things that required a plenum pull..so I went ahead and did that...and when I did, I found tons of small things that contributed to the 0 psi on the boost leak test suck as broken vacuum caps that were old and cracked....so hopefully with the replacement of all these broken vacuum caps and pressing in the PCV hard tube will allow me to get a reading besides 0 when I get everything put back together and do another boost leak test. (I went ahead and deleted the EGR, AIV, PRVR and Carbon Canister while I was at it to help avoid this happening again.)...if you're not in CA or don't have emissions to pass, maybe the deletions could help you out.
